You don't need to enable the bot, the site itself connects to chat to read commands, the bot is only used to communicate with viewers directly instead of the notifications on the site.

The bot will whisper your viewers when they use the suggest command (!suggest by default) and the vote command (!vote by default)

It will only send a whisper when:

• A viewer tries to vote/suggest while voting/suggestions are disabled.
• A viewer suggests something that is already in the poll.
• A viewer tries to vote for an option that does not exist.
• A viewer tries to vote for multiple options.
• A viewer's suggestion gets removed because they got timed out.
• A viewer tries to add a suggestion after the suggestion limit is reached.

The bot will also announce the raffle winner in chat.
